Project Specific Manufacturing

In many instances we are called upon to integrate our manufacturing with the delivery schedules of large engineering projects. This involves not only keeping to timelines and delivery dates, but integrating our quality management processes with those of the broader engineering project.

Typically in these types of large engineering projects the end user / customer will impose penalties for late delivery and require warranties on the operational life and performance of the application. We have supported some of the world's largest and most prestiguous engineering firms on projects ranging from Furnace Upgrades for mining concerns all over the world, in places like Australia, the DRC, Brasil and Kazakhstan to innovative food processing integrating kelp farms into retail sausage products.

It is not unusual in these instances to provide a level of product quality assurance that exceeds the capabiliites or willingness of other manufacturers. We will provide dimensional testing data on all dimensions including concentricity, as well as Load Cycle Testing on the disc spring stacks and full traceability using laser engraving, back to the specific machines, operators and heat treatment and surface treatment batches, with specific individuals and operators who participated and performed key steps in the manufacturing process.

Our Scheduling and Project planning and delivery is made available online and our customers can track progress at their convenience with all associated project artefacts available within the Project repository, data sheets, mill certs, testing data etc is all downloadable.
