Suitability of Product

Effective Quality Management
Our ISO9001:2015 - Quality Management System has various demands, which at a minimum allows us to trace any invoice back to the dates and times of each step in the manufacturing process, even to the operators and which machines were used, who checked tooling, who checked material, who signed of the various quality samples, the heat treatment batch the order was processed with etc.
We manufacture disc springs, where should they fail, the consequences are dire - people might die or operations shutdown at enormous cost, in these instances we integrate our quality management into that of our customers, with full documentation of dimension checking, heat treatment, and witnessed load testing on certified equipment, under the observation of independent and qualified 3rd party.
In those instances where we are involved from design verification to manufacture, we are one of the few worldwide to provide warranties on our products
Reliable Delivery
This is quote simply non-negotiable, especially on large projects like furnace upgrades, where the stacks are large and heavy and the assembly lies on the Project critical path. .
On these kinds of projects we publish our Project Plan to our online Client Project Tracking tool, that allows our stakeholders to track progress from a Gantt chart, and download any verification documents from their own office.
Not only does this form a central overview of the project with any deliverable available to be reviewed, it provides all the necessary artifacts for the final data pack.
We are not claiming that we don´t ever face delays and make mistakes, not at all, but what we do claim is that such instances do not arrive as a surprise, these are usually identified as project risks well in advance and actively managed.
Costing and Pricing
We do have some customers who admittedly could not care less about anything else apart from low prices and predictable availability, and they appreciate the ease and efficiency with which their orders are processed.
However, most of our customers do value the peace of mind provided and the complementary services offered in design verification, product selection and design, and the ease with which it is possible to do business with us.
As a first world manufacturer operating out of a 3rd world country, with its obvious cost advantages, coupled with the strength of other currencies against our own, this inevitably makes us very competitive if judged on price alone.
After sales support and warranties
As much for the benefit of our customers as for our own curiosity we are grateful for any opportunity to analyze and assess the performance of our products in the field.
We use these opportunities to assess any factors that might impact unscheduled downtime or the performance of the disc spring application.
